To view most modern web sites, you will need two components... Adobe's Flash Player, and you will need to ensure your Javascript is enabled.

If you have trouble installing the Flash player, then most likely you have ActiveX scripts blocked. Follow the instructions below for enabling Javascript, particularly item #4.

For Internet 7, here is how you ensure Javascript is enabled. IE6 is configured similarly.
1. In your IE7 web browser, select "Tools" and then "Internet Options" as shown.

2. Next, press the "Security" tab. Next select "Medium" security from the slide bar, and press "Apply".
3. For advanced users, you can go under the "Custom level..." button and enable scripting as shown below.

4. To enable ActiveX, in the same section as #3 above, configure your security settings as shown:
